• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items that are opened, used, or damaged, or that have been altered in any way, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service at info@gun-nutz.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging to ensure it arrives in resellable condition.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and if it meets our return policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• We will either issue a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

6. Special Orders and Clearance Items

• Special orders or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
